First-Year Housing (Tempe):Freshmen apply for housing through the Housing portal and rank preferences by community or building. Popular first-year halls include Manzanita, Pinal, Adelphi, and the affiliated buildings. Applications open early in the spring and are filled on a rolling basis.

Barrett, has its own dedicated on the Tempe campus with specialized programming, Honors housing, and academic support integrated into daily . Other include (STEM-focused), and the Career & Professional Development Community.
