🏠 How housing selection works at Baylor University

Two-year residency requirement.First- and second-year Baylor students are required to live on campus.

Halls.Other first-year halls include Penland, Memorial, Martin, Allen, Dawson, Alexander, Collins, Kokernot, North Russell, and South Russell.

Apartments.Upper-class students may move to or apartment complexes.

Greek life.Baylor has a large Panhellenic and IFC Greek system, but chapter houses ("lodges") are used for chapter meetings only — members do not live in chapter houses. All Greek students live in standard university or off-campus housing.
