Schwitzer Hall is a co-ed corridor residence at Butler housing first-year and upperclassmen students in a quieter environment than the larger ResCo building. The hall features standard double rooms with communal bathrooms and a floor lounge, and is particularly popular with students in Butler's Jordan College of the Arts given its proximity to the fine arts facilities on the south end of campus.
