Nutwood Suites is CSUF's modern suite-style residence hall, opened in 2019, housing about 600 students in 4-person suites. Each suite features two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a kitchenette. Located adjacent to the central campus, it is the newest and most popular on-campus housing option with a vibrant community atmosphere.
