Beachside Residence Hall is CSULB's newest and most modern residence hall, offering suite-style accommodations for first-year students. It features semi-private bathrooms within furnished suite clusters and is located in the heart of the residential district near the dining commons. Beachside was designed to help CSULB grow its residential population and foster a more traditional campus community experience. The hall is home to several LLCs including the Beach to Business community for business students.
