The Towers at CCNY.CCNY operates one residence hall — The Towers — a 600-bed apartment-style the southern end of the Hamilton Heights campus. Towers houses first-year and continuing CCNY undergraduates plus some CUNY graduate students from across the system.
Apartment-style living.Each Towers unit is a 4-person apartment with a shared living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and four single bedrooms. Air-conditioned, elevator-served, and located steps from the academic core.
Application.Housing is not guaranteed for any class year — interested students apply through the Towers housing portal as soon as the application opens (typically late spring for the fall term). Out-of-state and international students get priority.
Off-campus housing.Most CCNY students live at home with family or in private apartments throughout Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, Inwood, and the Bronx. Off-campus housing resources are available through CCNY Student Affairs.
