Palmetto Residential Suites is a suite-style residential building at FGCU named for the native Florida palmetto palm. It provides semi-private bathrooms within suite clusters and is popular with first-year and continuing students. The resort-inspired architecture of the building fits the broader FGCU campus aesthetic, which was deliberately designed to reflect the natural beauty of Southwest Florida. Residents enjoy proximity to the campus nature preserves and the on-site fitness facilities.
