🏠 How housing selection works at University of North Texas

The University of North Texas does not require students to live on campus, but incoming freshmen who apply by the priority deadline are given housing preference. UNT's in Denton, TX serves approximately 7,500 students across a range of traditional residence halls, suite-style buildings, and apartment-style communities in and around the main campus.

First-Year Housing:Freshmen apply for housing in the spring before enrollment, selecting preferences by room type.
