North Village I consists of three buildings (A, B, and C) housing approximately 110 upperclass students in 5-bedroom apartment units with full kitchens and 2 bathrooms each. Building C is home to the Max Kade International Wing, which houses language-focused living-learning communities. All units are air-conditioned, providing a more independent living experience than the corridor halls.
