About Park Manor South

Originally built in 1925 as the Babson Park Clubhouse and renovated in 2016 to LEED Silver certification, Park Manor South houses first-year students in a Neo-Georgian style building. Located across from Reynolds Campus Center and Horn Library. ADA-accessible with new HVAC installed during the 2016 renovation.
