Kenan Street Apartments is Barton College's off-campus apartment-style housing, located approximately 0.4 miles (about a 10-minute walk) from main campus at Kenan Street and Atlantic Christian College Drive. Units house 2-3 students, some spanning two stories, and are fully furnished with a complete kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), private patio, and private bathrooms. Residents use an Apartment Dining Plan rather than the standard continuous dining plan. Upperclassmen only.
