Baruch College's only on-campus residence hall, located at 55 Lexington Avenue at East 25th Street in Manhattan's Gramercy/Flatiron neighborhood. The 23-story tower opened in 2011 and houses approximately 596 students in suite-style units — typically two to four students sharing a private bathroom and common area. Managed by American Campus Communities in partnership with Baruch College. Residents have easy access to Baruch's Newman Vertical Campus and are steps from the 6 train (23rd St) and N/R/W (23rd St). No meal plan is included; kitchen facilities are available in suites.
