The largest residence hall on campus at 453 students, 150 Massachusetts Avenue occupies the former Sherry Biltmore Hotel, acquired by Berklee in 1972 and renovated in 2016. Students enjoy the distinctive perk of private in-room bathrooms, a rarity in college housing. The building has no elevator — all floors are stair-access only.
