David L. Soltz Hall is Bloomsburg University's modern seven-story, 394-student suite-style hall, opened in 2017. Suites range from 1-to-4-person configurations (11 single, 37 double, 39 triple, 48 quad); each suite includes a refrigerator and microwave with laundry on every floor. A rooftop terrace sits on the 2nd floor, and the first floor houses Chick-fil-A, QDOBA, and the University Store. Typically houses upperclassmen or students with documented accommodation needs.
