Syringa Village is a new apartment-style residence community that opened in Fall 2025, housing approximately 452 students. The complex offers fully furnished apartments with private and shared bedroom options, in-unit kitchens, and air conditioning. Syringa Village represents Boise State's newest residential facility and is designed to provide a modern, apartment-like living experience for upperclass students.
