About The Mods
[Lower Campus / Mod Quad] "The Mods" are 17 modular wooden houses arranged around a quad on Lower Campus, reserved for seniors. Each Mod houses 6–8 students, with a full kitchen, common room, and private bathrooms. The Mods are a beloved BC tradition — kitchen access, the Mod Quad lawn, and the social scene make them the most coveted housing on campus. Built as temporary housing in the 1970s and never replaced. No AC.
