[Lower Campus / Mod Quad] Mod 16 is one of the 17 modular wooden houses on the Mod Quad — Boston College's legendary senior residential community. Each Mod houses 6-8 seniors, with a full kitchen, common room, and private bathrooms. The Mods are the most coveted housing in the BC senior lottery; they're where seniors host the campus's most-attended social events. Built as temporary structures in the 1970s and never replaced. No central AC.
