Corridor-style residence hall located on BC's separate Newton Campus, occasionally used for first-year housing when Upper Campus capacity reaches limits. Newton Campus, while geographically separate and served by shuttle service, maintains the same residential community emphasis. Duchesne Hall provides traditional communal bathroom facilities.
