About Student Village II
Student Village II (StuVi II) is the companion tower to Student Village I on Harry Agganis Way, completed in 2004. Like StuVi I, it offers fully furnished apartment-style units with private kitchens, private bathrooms, and central air conditioning. StuVi II houses approximately 960 students in a range of apartment configurations. Together the two towers form BU's largest residential complex, and both are popular with upperclassmen seeking apartment-style independence with easy access to campus facilities.
