Claflin Hall is one of three buildings that make up BU's West Campus residence complex, along with Sleeper and Rich Halls. West Campus dorms sit on the western end of BU's campus near Nickerson Field, forming a tighter residential community than the Commonwealth Avenue buildings. Claflin is a traditional corridor-style hall with double rooms and communal floor bathrooms. No air conditioning. The West Campus location is a bit further from the MBTA Green Line but offers a quieter, more close-knit community.
