Student Village I (StuVi I) is one of BU's modern on-campus apartment towers on Harry Agganis Way, offering fully furnished apartment-style units with private kitchens, private bathrooms, and central air conditioning. Completed in 2000, StuVi I is one of the largest single-building student residences in the country, housing approximately 900 students. The apartment units range from single-occupancy to multi-bedroom, and the complex includes a large fitness center, laundry facilities, and direct access to BU's sports facilities.
