The Riviera Apartments is BYU-approved on-campus housing for continuing full-time students (taking at least 9 credit hours). Apartments offer two or three shared bedrooms with two bathrooms, and each room is furnished with two beds, a desk, chair, and closet. Units include a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher, plus dining and living area furniture. Amenities include a fitness center, pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, study rooms, clubhouse with ping pong, on-site parking, and all utilities and internet included.
