One of the three buildings that form Keeney Quadrangle, the main first-year residential complex at Brown. Built in 1957 on the east edge of the Main Green, Archibald-Bronson is a four-story corridor-style hall. Rooms open onto shared hallways, and each floor has communal bathrooms with multiple shower stalls, toilets, and sinks. Elevator access is available. All rooms are furnished with an extra-long twin bed frame and mattress (36"×80"), bookcase, bureau, desk, desk chair, and a closet or wardrobe. First-year students are placed here through the housing lottery and often describe Keeney as the social heart of freshman year.
