Cal Poly SLO's newest and largest residential complex, opened Fall 2024. The name yakʔityutyu (pronounced "yak-ih-TUY-too") is a Chumash word meaning "you make a noise." The ~1,400-bed community features four suite-style buildings with air conditioning throughout — a major upgrade for Cal Poly housing which traditionally lacked AC. Located adjacent to Poly Canyon Village on the upper campus.
