University Village is CSU Chico's only university-owned apartment-style housing community, located approximately one mile from campus at 1206 West Sacramento Avenue with Wildcat Shuttle service provided. The Village offers double suites (with a shared kitchen, separate bedrooms, and private bathroom) and double studios. The community stays open during university breaks at no extra cost. Amenities include two swimming pools and a spa, three community spaces, designated parking with the lowest-cost parking permits on campus, and a 24/7 computer lab.
