Parkside South comprises five lettered residential buildings (G, H, J, K, L) within CSULB's Parkside Village, each housing approximately 115 students in double-occupancy corridor-style rooms. Bathrooms are communal, shared among 12–14 students (pod-style hall access). No air conditioning in bedrooms; common areas only. Building H is home to the Black & Pan-African Scholars House (BPASH) thematic community.
