Hibiscus Hall (Building 23) is one of two corridor-style first-year residence halls at CSUN, opened Fall 2025 within The Park Apartments and Suites complex. Double-occupancy rooms with communal per-floor bathrooms. The building houses a mailroom in the lobby. CSUN's centrally controlled air conditioning operates throughout all Park buildings at 68–74°F.
