University Village is an apartment-style residential community at CSU San Bernardino comprising three buildings (numbered 7–9) with 132 units total. Designed for continuing students, the village offers 4-bedroom/4-bathroom, 4-bedroom/2-bathroom, and 2-bedroom/1-bathroom floor plans. Every bedroom has a lockable door for privacy. All units include individual climate control (air conditioning confirmed), full kitchen, and living area — essential in San Bernardino's hot inland climate. University Village provides upperclassmen with the independence of apartment living within the campus community.
