Sue Lombard Hall is a historic four-story brick amenity residence hall with ornate detailing and terracotta roof tiles on the south end of the CWU campus, creating a small, close-knit community. Suite pairs consist of one single room and one double room connected by a shared en-suite bathroom. The hall hosts the Business Living Learning Community and features a community kitchen, lounges, study areas, a courtyard, and laundry facilities.
