About Chapman Court

Opened in Fall 2024 after Chapman acquired the former Anavia Apartments, Chapman Court houses approximately 800 continuing students 3 miles from campus. Furnished units with private bedrooms, 2–3 bathrooms, full kitchen with gas range and dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. Community amenities include outdoor pool, jacuzzi, two-story fitness center, courtyard with fireplace and BBQ, and study rooms. Daily shuttle to Orange campus.
