Valley View Suites is the companion building to Campus View Suites in the Hilltop Suites complex, a LEED Silver certified development completed in 2009. The four-story building offers suite-style living in 2-person (1 bedroom, 1 bath), 2-bedroom/2-bath, and 4-person quad configurations, each with a semi-private bathroom. Central AC and heating are provided. The building includes an elevator, key card access, study/media lounges, laundry, a conference area, and an accessible community kitchen on the ground floor. The combined Hilltop Suites complex houses approximately 350 students.
