Buildings at 80, 94, 100, 102, 104, 110, and 118 Broad Street offer singles, doubles, and triples with communal or all-gender bathrooms per floor, kitchens, and community spaces. Some houses have special designations: 80 Broad is the Ralph J. Bunche Peace and International House; 102 Broad (Cushman House) has all-gender bathrooms throughout. Living on Broad Street is the quintessential Colgate upperclass experience — more independence than a traditional dorm, a historic building, and proximity to Patterson Court-style social life. Each house has its own character, and students select their preferred building during the junior/senior housing draw.
