Curtis Hall is part of Colgate's Ciccone Commons residential cluster, housing first-year and sophomore students in doubles and some limited suite configurations. The building has 3–4 gender-designated bathrooms per floor plus an all-gender bathroom on the 5th floor. Laundry is in the basement, community lounges and study spaces are on each floor, and a kitchen is on the first floor. Curtis is home to Haven — Colgate's support center for students — on the ground floor. Ciccone Commons also includes Drake Hall (which houses the Office of Residential Life). Colgate's residential commons system places all first-year and sophomore students in commons-based communities, each with dedicated programming, support staff, and shared spaces.
