About Townhouses

Opened in 2023, the Townhouses are senior-only three-story units housing eight students each. Each unit features a main-floor kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and half bath, plus two double bedrooms and a full bathroom on each upper floor. The self-contained layout provides seniors with off-campus-style independence within the Holy Cross residential community.

Townhouses has no air conditioning. Students here often pick up:
