About Parmelee Hall

Parmelee Hall is a traditional first-year corridor hall located immediately adjacent to Corbett Hall in the North residential neighborhood, collectively known as the Corbett-Parmelee complex. The two halls share access to the Corbett-Parmelee Dining Center, one of CSU's primary residential dining facilities. Parmelee houses first-year students in double-occupancy rooms with communal bathrooms on each floor. Residents enjoy a highly social environment typical of large corridor halls, with regular programming coordinated by Resident Advisors and peer mentors. The hall is a short walk from Moby Arena, CSU's athletics center.
