A 6-floor corridor-style residence in Collegetown. Floors 2–4 have high ceilings and are especially sought-after; floors 5–6 have lower ceilings. Offers singles and doubles with communal bathrooms. Features lounges, study areas, a shared kitchen, piano room, and laundry. The building was substantially renovated in 1981–1984 when a 5th floor was added. No air conditioning.
