Tomlinson Hall is a modern four-floor building with elevator housing 128 students in 32 four-person suites (16 per floor). Built in 2000, it has a kitchen, TV/study lounges, a Campus Safety office, a conference room, and a computer lab on campus. Bathroom access is within each suite, shared among the four suite members. Tomlinson is designed for group living — students select into suites of four during the housing draw, making it ideal for established friend groups. Its location on the west side of campus near Patterson Court and the athletic facilities makes it popular with upperclass students. The Campus Safety office on the first floor is an added security convenience.
