Hemlock Suites opened in 2017 as part of the LEED Silver certified suite complex, housing approximately 478 students in two-person suite configurations sharing one bathroom per suite. Geothermal HVAC provides fully adjustable heating and air conditioning. Building amenities include three full communal kitchens, eight laundry rooms, pool tables, ping pong, a computer lab, main lounge, and per-floor study lounges. Hemlock is the closest of the three suite halls to the library and central academic buildings and houses the University Police and Residence Life/Housing offices. Gender-inclusive housing available.
