[Freshman Quad] Hamilton Holmes Hall is an older first-year residence on the Freshman Quad, named after Hamilton E. Holmes (one of the first Black students at the University of Georgia and a prominent Atlanta civil rights leader). Doubles in a corridor layout with single-gender communal bathrooms. Renovated to add air conditioning.
