About New Residence Hall

The New Residence Hall is Fayetteville State University's most modern on-campus housing option, featuring suite-style rooms with semi-private bathrooms shared within each suite. Open to students of all class years, the hall accommodates approximately 250 residents in a gender-inclusive environment. The building is fully ADA compliant with elevator access and includes gender-inclusive bathroom facilities, making it FSU's most inclusive residential option.
