Bayview at BBC is the newest student housing community on FIU's Biscayne Bay Campus (BBC) in North Miami, offering spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Floor plans include private-bedroom studios, 2-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartments with individual leases and designer furniture packages. Amenities include a sky lounge, four classrooms, study halls, a game room, 24-hour fitness center, laundry, a business center, and a resort-style pool with cabanas. A shuttle connects BBC to all FIU campuses. BBC is a 200-acre waterfront campus near Florida's aquatic ecosystems.
