Each unit includes a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, dining area, living room, and laundry facilities on the second floor. Individual rooms measure approximately 9'7" × 11'7". Amenities include air conditioning, WiFi and Ethernet ports, lounges on all 13 floors, and one themed community. Tamiami is located at 11201 SW 17th Street on FIU's Modesto Maidique Campus.
