Residence Hall I is Florida Poly's original residence hall, opened in 2014 alongside the university's inaugural semester. The hall features fully furnished apartment-style suites with 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom configurations, each with a private bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and a shared common area with kitchen. Located at the heart of campus adjacent to the main dining facility (The Perch), RH I is home to a mix of first-year and returning students. All utilities, WiFi, and cable are included. The building offers 24/7 front-desk staffing, community study rooms, and outdoor common areas.
