Residence Hall III is Florida Poly's newest and greenest residence hall, opened for Fall 2024 with LEED Silver certification and housing approximately 430 students. Designed with sustainability as a core principle, the building features energy-efficient systems, water-saving fixtures, and construction materials sourced with environmental responsibility in mind. Suite-style rooms feature in-unit washer/dryer, semi-private bathrooms, and full furnishings. RH III is home to the Grab-and-Stay market for quick dining, providing residents with expanded food access. As the newest hall, it features the most modern finishes and technology infrastructure of any Florida Poly residential building.
