About Bonchek College House

Bonchek College House (South Benjamin Franklin Hall) is one of F&M's three first-year College Houses. Renovated in summer 2015, Bonchek houses approximately 226 first-year students in singles, doubles, triples, and quads along corridor-style floors. The building features central laundry and a shared commons with a lounge, kitchen, and classroom space. Every first-year student at F&M belongs to one of the three College Houses — Bonchek, Brooks, or Ware — and their house assignment is tied to their "Connections" first-year seminar enrollment. The house community is led by a Residence Director and a faculty House Don.
