Brooks College House is one of F&M's three first-year College Houses, comprising two interconnected three-story buildings — Buchanan Hall and Marshall Hall — that together house approximately 200 first-year students. Singles and doubles line each corridor, with floor lounges equipped with microwaves and dedicated study rooms. The house motto is Primus Inter Pares ("First Among Equals"). As with all F&M College Houses, assignment is tied to the student's first-year Connections seminar enrollment. Led by a Residence Director and a faculty House Don.
