Skenandoa House is one of Hamilton's most desirable upperclass residence options — every room has its own private en-suite bathroom, and the building is air-conditioned. Single and double rooms each come with a private bathroom, a rare luxury in college housing. The first floor has a two-person apartment with two singles, a private bathroom, a common room, and a full kitchen. For 2025–26, the third floor is designated Quiet Living. Skenandoa is located near Wallace Johnson House and Wertimer House on College Hill Road, on the south side of campus near Kirkland Glen. Students who live here consistently rate it as the best residential experience on the Hill.
