Saunders House is a small residential house on the northwest corner of the Hamilton campus, housing approximately 20–25 students in singles and doubles. The building features a full-service kitchen, dining room, living room with cable TV, laundry facilities, and an outdoor deck — amenities that foster a close community atmosphere. Like Hamilton's other residential houses, Saunders provides a more intimate alternative to the traditional corridor hall experience, popular with students who prefer a home-like residential setting.
