Hoffman is one of the connected buildings of Teter Quadrangle at IU Bloomington (501 N. Sunrise Dr., Central Neighborhood), which IU Housing describes as 642 rooms and 1,219 beds with a first-year majority following renovation. IU's news office reported that Hoffman, Thompson and Wissler were renovated over summer 2019 and reopened to students that August.
