Emerson Hall is the most sought-after traditional dormitory at Ithaca College. Built in 2003, it offers suite-style living with air conditioning, private in-suite bathrooms, and modern construction — luxuries rare in Ithaca's older housing stock. Each suite houses 4-6 students with a shared bathroom within the suite. The hall is consistently rated highest among Ithaca College dorms and is very competitive during housing selection.
